Scholarship Info

Just wanted you to have a good start in looking for scholarship money for your child. Make sure to go to the USCF site at http://www.uschess.org.  I’m in the process of verifying all of these.  Can someone help a VA university understand what they are missing?!

There’s tons of untapped talent here that is beginning to grow.  Look at the accomplishments of Tuckahoe Elementary School, Albert Hill Middle School, The Richmond Middle School Chess League and the rest of the RCI family!  We are documenting  more  success working with hundreds of people than other companies are documenting from working with thousands of people!   This has been a long time coming and is surely needed  for everyone in the Richmond area to have more, “chess” opportunities.

If we are going to get universities and businesses to offer our children chess money there has to be tournament participation!  To convince these entities and institutions to get involved, they need to see activity and commitment!  Not from RCI, that part is taken care of, they need to see activity and commitment from you!!  It’s your turn to do something nice for chess!  Give us the tools we need to get their attention now instead of later!  Advance registrations increase participation and confidence!  T-shirts, ball caps, key chains, magnets, banners and pictures of people wearing them inspire the imaginations of sponsors by letting them see that they missed an opportunity for more publicity!  They call us a business but its obvious we are on a mission!  How about you?  I’m giving you an insight to what it will take to make people notice and reward, Rated Tournament Chess Players!  Take advantage of our bundles if you can.  We will use them to make more unprecedented progress
